After enabling your webcam, the software automatically detects when you are in a handstand. Each handstand attempt is counted and timed. When you're done you can download a video and spreadsheet to help you keep track of your progress.
• Make sure your entire body is in frame
• You must be the only person in the frame
• Ensure quality lighting. If the room is too dark, it may not accurately track your movement

To use this site you will need to allow webcam access. This site DOES NOT have access to any data, images or video from your device without your explicit permission. Almost everything (except video encoding) runs in your web browser and your privacy is protected. Video encoding is only used if you request an MP4 version of the video, instead of the webm native format.

The MP4 format has greater playback capability across device families. But if you want to download a copy of the video as an MP4, we need to process the video on the server. It isn't possible to do this encoding in the browser yet. After the video is encoded on the server, it is sent back to your browser and immediately deleted. We do not keep these videos or have the ability to see them. If you wish to download the video without sending it to our servers, choose the Webm format. While most web browsers can play this format, applications like QuickTime and subsequently the downloaded file on iOS, cannot play back this format.
